Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the core production line to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal throughput.
  • Lead, train, and mentor production team members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct regular shift briefings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to enhance team engagement and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, material usage, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process optimization projects.
  • Respond to urgent operational issues and escalate critical matters to management as needed.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all production activities, including KPIs and shift summaries.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in production supervision or operations management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, improving productivity, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or production management systems (e.g., SAP, MES).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine site inspections.
  • Familiarity with OSHA or equivalent safety standards and experience in implementing safety audits.
