  • Lead the creative and strategic development of non-fiction programming across multiple platforms.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle of assigned shows, from concept to broadcast.
  • Mentor and manage a team of producers, researchers, and content creators to ensure high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with acquisition, marketing, and distribution teams to maximize show visibility and impact.
  • Identify emerging trends, audience insights, and content opportunities to inform programming decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with editorial standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.



Requirements

Experience Required: Minimum 18 years in television programming.
