Job Description
- Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and components.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, stress analysis, and material selection for engineering solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with overall product requirements.
- Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
- Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and project outcomes in accordance with quality and regulatory standards
Requirements
Experience: 18+ Years
Qualification: BE Mechanical
- BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 18+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in CAD software, FEA, and other engineering analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical design principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
