  • Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and components.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies, stress analysis, and material selection for engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs with overall product requirements.
  • Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
  • Optimize existing systems for improved efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and project outcomes in accordance with quality and regulatory standards



Requirements

Experience: 18+ Years

Qualification: BE Mechanical


  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • 18+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering within industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in CAD software, FEA, and other engineering analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical design principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
