Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and specialized roles across key industries in the Middle East
  • Develop and expand client relationships through strategic business development and consultative engagement
  • Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing and market intelligence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends

Qualifications

  • 2 years in executive search consulting or 360 recruitment (Middle East experience)
  • Strong business development & client management track record
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Entrepreneurial persuasive and results-driven
