Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and specialized roles across key industries in the Middle East
- Develop and expand client relationships through strategic business development and consultative engagement
- Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through proactive sourcing and market intelligence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends
Qualifications
- 2 years in executive search consulting or 360 recruitment (Middle East experience)
- Strong business development & client management track record
- Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Entrepreneurial persuasive and results-driven
