  • Manage end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus calculations, and incentive payouts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data in alignment with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support annual compensation reviews, market benchmarking, and pay structure analysis in coordination with HR and Finance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, leave encashment, and employee assistance programs).
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost analysis for leadership review.
