Job Description
Provide daily HR services to all staff Administer and ensure accuracy of the monthly payroll system Execute payroll activities including salaries and staff data input Ensure adherence to HR Services processes and procedures Update, maintain, and enhance HR Service systems Maintain HRMS Oracle system and ensure payroll data accuracy Coordinate payroll system changes and enhancements Follow up with Finance to ensure timely staff payments Manage employees service requests and resolve related issues Prepare payroll analysis and HR reports Maintain staff leave records and issue monthly absenteeism reports Manage staff alterations (allowances & deductions) Prepare statistical and renewal reports Requirements Core Competencies: Customer Centricity Innovation & continuous improvement Operational Excellence Team spirit & cross-functional collaboration
