Job Description

• Provide daily HR services to all staff
• Administer and ensure accuracy of the monthly payroll system
• Execute payroll activities including salaries and staff data input
• Ensure adherence to HR Services processes and procedures
• Update, maintain, and enhance HR Service systems
• Maintain HRMS Oracle system and ensure payroll data accuracy
• Coordinate payroll system changes and enhancements
• Follow up with Finance to ensure timely staff payments
• Manage employees’ service requests and resolve related issues
• Prepare payroll analysis and HR reports
• Maintain staff leave records and issue monthly absenteeism reports
• Manage staff alterations (allowances & deductions)
• Prepare statistical and renewal reports
