Job Description
- Design and execute enterprise-focused ABM and outbound lead generation strategies
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance SDR team with clear KPIs and development plans
- Develop and refine scalable outbound workflows using AI and automation tools (Sales Nav, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, AI-driven workflows)
- Drive multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold email, LinkedIn, and direct calling with measurable results
- Build and maintain robust lead qualification systems that align with sales team needs
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate to improve conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline velocity
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and target accounts
Requirements
8–12 years of demand/lead generation experience in B2B SaaS
• 3–6 years leading SDR / outbound teams
• Strong experience in enterprise lead generation & ABM
• Hands-on with AI & automation tools for outbound (Sales Nav, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, AI workflows)
• Proven success with cold outreach, email, LinkedIn & calling
• Build systems, not just run campaigns
