  • Design and execute enterprise-focused ABM and outbound lead generation strategies
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performance SDR team with clear KPIs and development plans
  • Develop and refine scalable outbound workflows using AI and automation tools (Sales Nav, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, AI-driven workflows)
  • Drive multi-channel outreach campaigns including cold email, LinkedIn, and direct calling with measurable results
  • Build and maintain robust lead qualification systems that align with sales team needs
  • Analyze campaign performance and iterate to improve conversion rates, engagement, and pipeline velocity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and target accounts


Requirements

8–12 years of demand/lead generation experience in B2B SaaS
• 3–6 years leading SDR / outbound teams
• Strong experience in enterprise lead generation & ABM
• Hands-on with AI & automation tools for outbound (Sales Nav, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce, AI workflows)
• Proven success with cold outreach, email, LinkedIn & calling
• Build systems, not just run campaigns


Requirements
Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Excellent presentation skills using PowerPoint. Knowledge of Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Time and Motion Study, Process Qualification - MBA in Analytics/Operation or related field
