Job Description
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of highway project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction units.
  • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and project updates.
  • Support tendering processes, contract management, and stakeholder communication.


Requirements

Diploma/B.Tech with 6-8 years of work experience in highways projects.
  • Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience in highway projects, including design and construction phases.
  • Proven track record in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of highway design standards, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CAD/technical software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments under tight deadlines.
