Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree Experience: Freshers Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field Freshers with strong academic performance and a proactive attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data management tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving priorities
- Develop detailed mechanical designs using NX, SolidWorks, or Creo for marine, commercial, recreational vehicles, agricultural, and off-road equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional, manufacturable products.
- Perform structural, thermal, and stress analysis to validate design integrity and performance.
- Maintain accurate design documentation, including drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and revision control.
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
