  • Lead the end-to-end mechanical execution of equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning activities.
  • Develop and implement detailed execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations for equipment-related tasks.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, technical reviews, and risk assessments to ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage vendor and contractor performance, including review of shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built documentation.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues during installation and commissioning phases; recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and engineering standards, including ASME, API, and ISO codes where applicable.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and close-out documentation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field personnel.
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure equipment readiness for long-term performance and reliability.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field.
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in mechanical equipment execution within industrial or process engineering environments.
  • Proven track record in managing equipment installation, alignment, and commissioning for large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, turbines, valves, and piping.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Experience with QA/QC processes, HSE compliance, and regulatory standards (ASME, API, ISO, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in Vadodara and other project locations as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
