Job Description

  • Lead the mechanical execution of piping systems from concept to commissioning, ensuring alignment with project specifications and engineering standards.
  • Prepare and review piping isometrics, P&IDs, layout drawings, and material take-offs in coordination with design and procurement teams.
  • Conduct piping stress analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., CAESAR II) and ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, API, and other relevant codes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and construction teams to ensure accurate fabrication, delivery, and installation of piping systems.
  • Perform site inspections and audits to verify compliance with design intent, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Resolve technical issues during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases through root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting.
  • Prepare technical reports, change requests, and as-built documentation for project records and handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process, structural, electrical, and instrumentation engineers to ensure integrated system performance.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment activities related to piping execution
