Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and business challenges.
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Conduct system audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement engineering improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
Experience: 18+ Years
Qualification: BE / DCE – Mechanical / Electrical
- BE / DCE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 18+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or facility-based mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven track record in maintenance management, system optimization, and project leadership
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and operational best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead technical teams in complex environments
