Job Description


  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct system audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement engineering improvements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend upgrades to enhance system reliability and efficiency.


Requirements

Experience: 18+ Years
Qualification: BE / DCE – Mechanical / Electrical

  • BE / DCE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 18+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or facility-based mechanical and electrical systems
  • Proven track record in maintenance management, system optimization, and project leadership
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and operational best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead technical teams in complex environments
