Require a MIS Executive in Delhi

• Collect, validate, and maintain accurate and up-to-date management information across departments.
  
• Develop, customize, and automate regular and ad-hoc reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  
• Collaborate with department heads to understand reporting needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance indicators for management review.
  
• Maintain MIS databases and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.
  
• Prepare executive summaries and dashboards for leadership to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
  
• Coordinate with IT and finance teams to integrate data sources and streamline reporting workflows.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely updates on operational progress.
  
• Support audit preparation and compliance reporting by ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
  
• Continuously improve MIS processes through process optimization and technology adoption.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or administrative support within a corporate environment.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Word.
  
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is highly desirable.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights clearly.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
