Job Description

Performing, interpreting, and evaluating NDE methods (PT, MT, UT, RT) as per ASME Codes, preparing reports/procedures, and developing advanced techniques. Oversees daily NDE planning, resource allocation, and coordination with stakeholders. Perform and interpret NDE examinations using PT, MT, UT, RT, ToFD, PAUT, and Digital/Computed Radiography techniques. Ensure all NDE activities comply with applicable ASME Codes and industry standards. Develop, review, and update NDE procedures and technical documentation. Prepare detailed reports and analysis summaries for inspection findings. Lead the planning and scheduling of daily NDE operations. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to align inspection activities with project goals. Optimize inspection processes by developing and implementing advanced NDE techniques. Mentor and guide junior NDE personnel as needed. Requirements Experience in ToFD, PAUT, Digital/Computed Radiography. Proven experience in advanced NDE methods, including ToFD, PAUT, and Digital/Computed Radiography. In-depth knowledge of ASME Code requirements for NDE. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in preparing technical reports and documentation. Experience in NDE planning, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. Valid certification in relevant NDE methods (e.g., ASME Section V, SNT-TC-1A). Ability to work independently and in team environments across dynamic project settings.
