Require a Project Engineer in Bangalore

Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work plans, progress reports, change orders, and technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
  
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with engineering designs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Facilitate procurement processes by reviewing technical bids, evaluating vendor capabilities, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of systems and components.
  
• Ensure all project activities comply with ISO, OSHA, and other applicable industry standards and local regulations.
  
• Support project handover and commissioning activities, including preparation of as-built drawings and operation & maintenance manuals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
  
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in project engineering within industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing environments.
  
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling software.
  
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software is highly desirable.
  
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites across Gujarat and surrounding regions.
