Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) tailored to project delivery in the management sector. Lead quality planning activities for all projects, integrating quality objectives into project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to embed quality checkpoints throughout project execution. Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports for senior leadership. Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards; lead internal and external certification processes as needed. Train and mentor project teams on quality protocols, tools, and best practices to promote a quality-first mindset. Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging feedback, data analytics, and process optimization techniques. Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 510 years of progressive experience in project management and quality assurance within a management or operations-driven environment. Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (QMS) and compliance frameworks. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality audit methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto). Experience with project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and performance monitoring. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, quality management software, and data visualization tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 60%Marks

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and business challenges.
