Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) tailored to project delivery in the management sector.
  • Lead quality planning activities for all projects, integrating quality objectives into project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to embed quality checkpoints throughout project execution.
  • Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards; lead internal and external certification processes as needed.
  • Train and mentor project teams on quality protocols, tools, and best practices to promote a quality-first mindset.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging feedback, data analytics, and process optimization techniques.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in project management and quality assurance within a management or operations-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (QMS) and compliance frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality audit methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto).
  • Experience with project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, quality management software, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 60%Marks
