Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) tailored to project delivery in the management sector. Lead quality planning activities for all projects, integrating quality objectives into project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to embed quality checkpoints throughout project execution. Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and generate detailed reports for senior leadership. Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards; lead internal and external certification processes as needed.
