Require a QC Supervisor in Surat,Gujarat

• Stage-wise inspection of boiler components (headers, panels, coils) ensuring compliance with QAP, codes, and standards.
  
• Duties include material evaluation, heat treatment verification, welding inspection, documentation/reporting, NCR resolution, and coordination with third-party agencies for witness inspections.
  

• Perform detailed stage-wise inspections of boiler components such as headers, panels, and coils.
  
• Verify material compliance and traceability in alignment with QAP and applicable codes.
  
• Confirm proper execution and documentation of heat treatment processes.
  
• Conduct welding inspections and ensure weld quality meets required standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
  
• Lead the identification, documentation, and resolution of non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  
• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies to schedule and conduct witness inspections.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in inspection of boiler or pressure vessel components.
  
• In-depth knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
  
• Familiarity with Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and inspection procedures.
  
• Strong understanding of welding processes, heat treatment, and material specifications.
  
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation management.
  
• Ability to manage NCRs and drive corrective actions.
  
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external agencies.
