  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for administrative operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of administrative processes, documentation, and workflows to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks in current processes and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to administrative service delivery and report on trends and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align quality objectives with broader business goals.
  • Train and mentor administrative staff on quality standards, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of audits, findings, corrective actions, and follow-ups.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using quality management methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory or certification requirements


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance, administrative operations, or process improvement within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with process documentation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
