Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners for upgrades and enhancements Requirements Tech Stack: Strong Salesforce expertise (FinancialForce or Focus is a major plus). Background: 58 years in Business Systems, CRM, or ERP support. Education: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or Business. Skills: Strong grasp of Finance/Ops processes and stakeholder management.
