Job Description

Lead Administration: Manage Salesforce and ERP workflows, user roles, and system stability.

Business Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Ops to translate requirements into automated solutions.

Data Strategy: Maintain data integrity and build high-impact management KPIs/dashboards.

Local IT Support: Provide on-site hardware/software support for the Cairo office.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external partners for upgrades and enhancements


Requirements

Tech Stack: Strong Salesforce expertise (FinancialForce or Focus is a major plus).

Background: 5–8 years in Business Systems, CRM, or ERP support.

Education: Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or Business.

Skills: Strong grasp of Finance/Ops processes and stakeholder management.
