  • Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to support sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute sales collateral, proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs and sales stages.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to ensure timely delivery of sales assets and pricing information.
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide real-time support during sales calls, demos, and client meetings by preparing materials and managing presentation logistics.
  • Automate and streamline repetitive administrative tasks using tools like Excel macros, Zapier, or workflow automation platforms.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams on CRM usage, new tools, and sales process updates.
  • Support the sales leadership team with KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and weekly/monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate on lead qualification processes and ensure proper lead routing and follow-up tracking.
  • Act as a central point of contact for sales operations, ensuring consistency and compliance across all sales activities.




Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or business operations within a B2B sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with a strong understanding of data integrity and reporting.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., DocuSign, Outreach, Gong, Showpad) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a detail-oriented mindset and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments




Requirements
Required education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise · Close to graduating from a STEM MBA Program no earlier than 2027. · Have a strong affinity with technology, like to be hands-on and explore and build your skills. · Have a year or two of software sales experience working with clients on solving problems and helping them digitally transform their business.
