Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex financial statements in compliance with IFRS and USGAAP.
• Lead technical accounting research and analysis for complex transactions and new accounting standards.
• Support IPO readiness initiatives including financial statement audits disclosures and regulatory compliance.
• Provide advisory services to clients or internal stakeholders on accounting treatments disclosures and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Requirements

Associate to Assistant Manager level

Profile: Strong IFRS / technical accounting background experience with complex transactions financial reporting and advisory projects IPO USGAAP

Big 4 / mid-tier firm experience preferred but not mandatory.
