Job Description

Develop and maintain accurate accessory demand forecasts based on production schedules, sales data, and historical trends. Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of accessories. Monitor inventory levels of accessories and initiate replenishment plans to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning reports for management review. Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks related to accessory availability. Maintain up-to-date records in the planning system and ensure data integrity across platforms. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies. Support root cause analysis for planning variances and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards in all planning activities. Requirements Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 25 years of experience in planning, procurement, or administration within a manufacturing or logistics environment. Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with ERP or planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Familiarity with inventory management principles and supply chain best practices.
