Job Description


  • Develop and maintain accurate accessory demand forecasts based on production schedules, sales data, and historical trends.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of accessories.
  • Monitor inventory levels of accessories and initiate replenishment plans to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning reports for management review.
  • Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks related to accessory availability.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the planning system and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to confirm delivery timelines and resolve discrepancies.
  • Support root cause analysis for planning variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards in all planning activities.


Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in planning, procurement, or administration within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with ERP or planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and supply chain best practices.
