- Lead and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of books, reconciliations, and audit readiness across all business units
- Manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and general ledger operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements in Malaysia
