. Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers

2. Process payments, receipts, invoices, and petty cash transactions

3. Support monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

4. Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports

5. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

6. Support audits and ensure compliance with financial controls

7. Assist with budgeting and expenditure monitoring

8. Liaise with vendors, staff, and external stakeholders on accounts matters
