- Implement and configure Epicor Production and Project Management modules to align with business requirements
- Support end-to-end Epicor implementation projects, including data migration, testing, and user training
- Develop and maintain custom reports, queries, BAQs, and dashboards to support business intelligence needs
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve production and project-related challenges
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users across departments to ensure system adoption and efficiency
- Stay current with Epicor updates and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and performance
