Job Description
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of training programs across diverse functional areas.
- Support senior trainers in developing training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Conduct research on industry trends, learning methodologies, and emerging training technologies.
- Facilitate small group sessions, manage participant engagement, and collect feedback for program improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
- Participate in internal workshops, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of digital learning content and e-learning modules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, education, or corporate learning environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated interest in adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Willingness to travel locally for training delivery and client engagements.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback-driven improvements
