Job Description



  • Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of training programs across diverse functional areas.
  • Support senior trainers in developing training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, learning methodologies, and emerging training technologies.
  • Facilitate small group sessions, manage participant engagement, and collect feedback for program improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Participate in internal workshops, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of digital learning content and e-learning modules.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, education, or corporate learning environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated interest in adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Willingness to travel locally for training delivery and client engagements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and feedback-driven improvements
