Job Description
  • Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing, quality control, and logistics teams to meet export deadlines.
  • Monitor and track order progress from raw material procurement to final packaging and dispatch.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
  • Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international clients to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and client-specific requirements.
  • Resolve production delays or discrepancies promptly by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in the production tracking system and generate regular performance reports.
  • Conduct pre-shipment inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure product compliance.
  • Support the procurement team in sourcing materials and managing vendor coordination for export orders.
  • Stay updated on changes in export regulations and industry best practices to maintain operational compliance.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, export operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, Incoterms, and export documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or production tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local language (Malayalam) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes and documentation (e.g., DGFT, ICEGATE)



Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and business challenges.
