Job Description
- Coordinate production schedules with manufacturing, quality control, and logistics teams to meet export deadlines.
- Monitor and track order progress from raw material procurement to final packaging and dispatch.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international clients to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export controls, and client-specific requirements.
- Resolve production delays or discrepancies promptly by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records in the production tracking system and generate regular performance reports.
