Job Description
Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols. Plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for press machines and associated equipment. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and coordinate rapid troubleshooting and repair to minimize production downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, spare parts usage, and equipment performance data using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Conduct daily shift briefings, assign tasks, and provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members. Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and ISO standards; lead safety audits and incident investigations. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve process reliability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and equipment optimization through root cause analysis and data-driven insights. Manage inventory of critical spare parts and ensure timely procurement to avoid delays in maintenance activities. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance supervision or team leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies. Proficiency in using CMMS for work order management, reporting, and data analysis. Strong understanding of OSHA, ISO, and safety compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and manage emergency equipment repairs. Experience with KPI tracking and performance improvement initiatives (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and develop team members while maintaining high operational standards. Associates or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and business challenges.
