Job Description
Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including performance evaluations, training, and workflow coordination. Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal and external regulations. Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics for office operations. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the workplace. Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions to enhance performance. Serve as a key point of contact between management and operational teams. Prepare and present regular performance reports and operational summaries to senior leadership. Requirements: Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 25 years of progressive experience in operations or administrative supervision. Proven experience in team leadership, workflow management, and process improvement. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or service-based administrative environment is highly desirable.
