  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including performance evaluations, training, and workflow coordination.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics for office operations.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the workplace.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between management and operational teams.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and operational summaries to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of progressive experience in operations or administrative supervision.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, workflow management, and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or service-based administrative environment is highly desirable.
