Job Description
- Oversee daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including performance evaluations, training, and workflow coordination.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain logistics for office operations.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards within the workplace.
- Identify operational challenges and implement data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
- Serve as a key point of contact between management and operational teams.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and operational summaries to senior leadership.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of progressive experience in operations or administrative supervision.
- Proven experience in team leadership, workflow management, and process improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or service-based administrative environment is highly desirable.
