About the Position

Cogniter Technologies is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career designers who are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to build hands-on experience by working on real-world branding and marketing projects across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visually engaging creatives for social media, websites, branding assets, and marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to understand and deliver design requirements

  • Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards

  • Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Figma

  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual composition

  • Strong creative thinking with attention to detail

  • Good time-management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
