The analyst will possess understanding of DoD, Service, and/or Joint processes, especially those related to capability development, and experience on a senior military staff. The employee owner will support processes that identify and formulate recommendations on National Guard capability requirements and gaps.He or she will participate in analysis and formulation of advice and assist in preparation and presentation of reports, briefings, and project deliverables. Multiple positions in related functions may be filled from this announcement.This is an in-place position with opportunity for limited situational telework.
