Your tasks

As Requirements Engineer CX (Customer Experience) you design and implement a convincing online experience for our customers.
Your focus will be on SAP Commerce Cloud and Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud). You will be responsible for implementing features that deliver a seamless, consistent omni-channel experience in a B2B context. Specifically, you will:

  • Capture, evaluate, and prioritize customer needs in a structured way, with a focus on Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Digital Services
  • Design user experiences that align with customer requirements
  • Assess and prioritize impacts on business processes and secure decisions related to design and user experience
  • Lead IT activities by conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions in an agile environment
  • Your profile

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Marketing, or Sales
