Job Description

Support the CLO Primary business team, in origination, execution and syndication of CLO/CDO transactions. Work with the clients to develop structures, negotiate transaction terms and distribute to investors, syndicating CLO debt and equity through CASS, mortgage and credit sales in the US, EMEA and APAC.

Some of the potential tasks are

  • Help with deal closings – setting up closing flow of funds, collecting closing invoices and subscription agreements, coordinating between external counsels and Rating Agencies across the various deal documents
  • Scrub the model portfolios using in-house tools
  • Structure the transaction using financial and rating agency models; negotiate with the rating agencies on deal terms
  • Provide data analytics service to analyze business performance, competitive landscape, wallet share, etc.
  • Help negotiate document stips negotiations with investors
