Job Description and Key Requirements:

• Undertake high-quality legal research culminating in law review articles in peer-reviewed journals and shorter research outputs on topics including, but not limited to, licensing of Standard Essential Patents (SEPs); evolving jurisprudence in SEP/FRAND litigation in India and other jurisdictions; the open standardisation system in the ICT industry; and legal, policy, and regulatory developments pertaining to the ICT and telecom sector in India, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
