Overview

To support internal team operations for optimal performance and communication within the commercial leasing department, team oversight and management of the analyst team, ensure accurate presentations and deliverables of the analyst team and lead strategic market overview and media briefing presentations.

Analyst Team Management

• Monitor Analyst workload, task distribution and attendance.
• Evaluate performance of each member of the analyst team
• Address agent requests and concerns promptly.
• Track team development and support career progression initiatives.
• Assume and manage responsibilities or tasks that have been vacated or temporarily unassigned to ensure continuity of operations.
