Research Analyst

At Colliers we remain committed to strengthening our respected Property Research team. We are currently looking to appoint a Research Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract located in the Perth CBD.

This key role will report into the National Director of Research and be responsible for supporting all aspects of research in the WA market.

This role will focus on supporting the Colliers National Research team in managing key property and market data processes and analysing data to provide meaningful insights on WA to support internal and external clients. Integral to this key role is the ability to collaborate with multiple Colliers teams and key department heads and stakeholders across the business to ensure the collection of high-quality data on relevant WA property sectors.
