As a Staff within our License Advisory Services Team, you will: 1-2 years of experience Handle communication with federal, state and local regulatory agencies and departments of tax Research federal and state statutes or local municipal ordinances related to business license requirements Conduct, review and document research and analysis of a wide range of business licensing, M&A, bankruptcy and other corporate transactional issues Attend client calls to understand critical areas of importance and apply technical knowledge to specific client situations Assist with creating deliverables that are concise, complete and address the elements deemed critical by the client Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and clearly communicate work plan, project objectives, and timelines Seek out opportunities to understand others’ experiences, perspectives and differences Build internal relationships with other members of the Tax team Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that ...
