JOB DESCRIPTION
Participates in gathering new product ideas through product ideation/competitive check with Culinary R&D.
Plans/formulates/implements activities required to deliver new products as defined by the approved marketing calendar
Does preliminary costing to hit target food cost based on product brief
Identifies developmental needs (new suppliers, equipment, tools)
Conducts plant visit as needed together with SCM and QA
Identifies timelines of activities
Commercial translation of approved recipe and processes for commissaries and stores
Formulates experimental design to meet target product and cost objective.
Conducts and/or supervises experimentation of approved developmental or improvement activities
