Job Description
About the role:
Research & Development Scientist will lead and drive end-to-end research, development, and commercialization of APIs, specialty chemicals, and advanced excipients, with a strong focus on complex excipients, novel excipients, lipids, cyclodextrins, amino acids, and related functional materials.
Strategic leader with deep technical, regulatory, and scale-up expertise, experienced in developing and commercializing complex excipients such as lipids, cyclodextrins, and amino acids.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with business goals and long-term growth plans.
- Identify new technology platforms and innovation opportunities in APIs, complex excipients, and specialty chemicals.
- Build a robust product pipeline focusing on differentiation, IP generation, and lifecycle management.
